-Building Better Boards Pt. 3: Board Leadership & Financial Oversight

Part of the Building Better Boards Initiative, this workshop provides in-depth training on board leadership, strategizing, financial oversight, fundraising and board and CEO assessment. Attendees receive a certificate in Nonprofit Board Education and a resources packet upon completion of all 3 segments.
