The organizations providing services to support nonprofit capacity building participate in a McLennan County Capacity Building Collaborative.

The Collaborative is a loosely organized committee of interested parties who share the mission of improving nonprofit effectiveness in McLennan County. Members meet quarterly to review current nonprofit needs and interests, discuss programming schedules and ideas, and coordinate work. The Collaborative is a result of a plan developed by a Task Force for Nonprofit Needs which met from July 2008 through February 2009.
